我們的願景

都市發展與環境教育基金會是由一群關心都市發展與環境教育的人士於2005年所共同捐助創立的。有鑑於都市發展隨著時代的進步，除了硬體建設之外，需要透過科學研究及理性討論，制定具有前瞻性、可行性的公共政策，以突破關鍵階段的發展困境。為了讓民眾享有更好的就業與居住生活環境，秉持對國家的熱愛，對社會的期許，對民眾的關懷，本基金會願奉獻專業知識，推動都市政策研究與推廣環境教育，此為我們誠摯的理念。

本基金會成立以來，積極推動都市發展及環境教育有關之各種研究與交流活動，延攬不同領域的專業顧問，共同探討創新改進方法以因應環境變遷，提升政策解決方案的務實性及民眾的參與性。提升國家競爭力與改善環境品質，不能只是「紙上談兵」，更重要的是「理念的實踐」，我們期盼能夠得到專業人士與ㄧ般民眾的支持。

為了理想的實現，本基金會所有成員必當全力以赴。期盼能以熱誠的服務，專業的知識，結合社會各界的力量為都市與環境的永續發展作出貢獻。

Our vision

FUDEE was established in 2005 with donation from a group of persons who are concerned with urban development and environmental education. Recognizing the importance that urban development should keep pace with social progress, in addition to infrastructure development, foreseeable and feasible policies based on scientific analysis and rational discussion are needed to break barriers in each development stage. In order to provide people with better employment and living environment, based on the love to our country, society, and the people, FUDEE is dedicated to urban policy research and environmental education by means of professional expertise.

Since the establishment, FUDEE has actively conducted various researches related to urban development and environmental education. FUDEE also invited professional experts in different fields to collectively identify innovative solutions to cope with environmental changes. It is expected that solution feasibility and public involvement can be improved. To enhance national competitiveness and to improve environmental quality, we believe that the realization of idea is more important than imaginative talking. We would like to sincerely invite all professionals and general public to join and support us.

To achieve our goal, all FUDEE’s members would devote ourselves to the sustainable development of urban environment with enthusiastic service and professional knowledge.
